About

My work is rooted in a single priority: structure before performance. Whether designing health protocols, training systems, or digital platforms, I focus on creating foundations that are resilient, scalable, and sustainable over time.

I approach health and wellness from a systems-thinking perspective, integrating clinical herbalism, physical training, and technology to support long-term human performance. Rather than optimising for short-term outcomes, my projects are designed to hold integrity under real-world pressure.

Much of my work sits between disciplines—bridging traditional health practices with modern infrastructure, and personal wellbeing with organisational design.
